If you miss a master class, there will be an opportunity to get the replay with 3 days of the master class. It is your responsibility to contact our support team at hello@vixensolutionsllc.com to ask for the replay link. Once your email is received, you will be sent an email with a link to view the replay within 3 days.
If you miss a strategy call, you will not be refunded your money and a call will not be rescheduled unless you called and sent an email 4 hours in advance to reschedule. Also, if you are 10 minutes late for your strategy call, you will have to schedule and purchase a new strategy call slot.
