RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we do apologize there are NO REFUNDS due to the nature of the products, i.e. digital downloads.
For physical products, you have 7 days after delivery to contact us in regards to any issues or concerns via email at hello@vixensolutionsllc.com Returns and exchanges will be discussed and concerned upon contact.
EXCEPTIONS
If client cannot attend master class, he or she will have the opportunity to receive a link of the recording along with any matter that was given. It is his or her responsibility to contact our support team within 7 days of the class and get the link for the recording.

- Digital items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- No REFUNDS!
- If the client is 10-minutes late for his or her Strategy Call, the Call will not be rescheduled and he/she will have to purchase another Strategy Call.
